Bimocode Refund Policy

At Bimocode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.

1. Full Refund:

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within three (3) days of your purchase.
  • Conditions: The full refund is applicable if the service or product has not been substantially used or consumed.

2. Half Refund:

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a 50% refund if you request it between four (4) and seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • Conditions: The half-refund is available provided that the service or product has not been fully utilized.
  • Process: To initiate a half refund, please contact our support team within the seven-day window. Once your request is approved, 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Processing:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
